From Chartered Accountants and Software Engineers, to Parents and aspiring Powerlifters, coaching one to one and small groups has been Mitchell’s bread and butter for the better part of a decade. Even though he has a strong passion for powerlifting, it never outshines his desire to help people move and feel better; to accomplish the things they thought were left back in their 20’s or achieve something they never believed they could.
Over the past 9 years, Mitchell has worked in several gyms learning from a vast catalogue of knowledgeable coaches to hone his craft and equip himself to provide a high-quality service that delivers real results.
